タイには１ヶ月行ってました！バンコクから北へ、チェンマイ，チェンライ、メーサロン、さらに上へ行き，タイ、ラオス、ミャンマーの国境まで行き，それから南へ横断して，クラビーまで回ってきました。タイはご飯もおいしくて，カラフルで，とてもいい人たちが多かったんで大好きになりました！あの素敵な国が洪水で心配です。。

We stayed in Thailand for a month, visited Bangkok, Chiangmai, Chiangrai, Mae salong, and a few towns near Myammer and Laos Borders, then off to south, Krabi and Phiphi island. People are so nice in Thailand generally and food are yummy and streets are colourful and vivid. Time flies very quick.

We have traveled for over 1.5 months and finally came back to Tokyo. here are some photos from Vietnam, very interesting country with good culture.
We stayed in Vietnam for 15 days, visited Hanoi, Hue, HalongBay, Tamcoc, HoiAn. Every day was very interesting, so much things are happening in Vietnam and the culture is very interesting. I love HoiAn most. HoiAn has an amazing old town and a beautiful seaside. I would like to visit again though.

Anyway I shot all in Olympus PEN3 which is an absolutely fantastic camera.

１ヶ月半の長旅も終えてベトナムとタイから戻ってきました。良かったです。ベトナムは１５日間，タイには１ヶ月行ってました。
ベトナムではハノイ，フエ、ハロン湾、ホアルー（ニンビン）、ホイアンへ滞在してました。私，ホイアンすごく好きでした。古都であり、すごくゆっくりした街であり，５KMほど行くとすごくきれいなビーチがあったりと，毎日が楽しかったです。。ハノイもごちゃごちゃ感があり、フレンチな町並みであったりと，すごく好きでした。人もあっさりしていてよかったです。。

I have been wanting to buy this for ages and finally bought lovely Olympus PEN3 last night.
The design of the camera is so pretty and its nice and light compare to usual SLR.

友達ファミリーと６人で青木ヶ原樹海付近のキャンプ場で泊まってきました！
東京と比べてかなり涼しく過ごせるところでした。山はきれいだし、西湖もきれいだし、樹海の涼しさもすべてが楽しかったです。。富岳風穴と鳴沢氷穴も寒いくらい涼しくて。その探検が楽しかったです。。

Went to a camp site by Saiko lake and Aokigahara Jukai near Mt fuji with my friend's family. It's only 3 hours drive from Tokyo and the site was surrounded by beautiful mountains and lakes!
We stayed in Mongolian Bao one night and lodge next day. That was really cool!!

富士山の麓の西湖に面したところでキャンプしてきました。山の奥地の樹海のお隣での宿泊でした。１泊目はモンゴル遊牧民スタイルのテントでした。

Went to a campsite by Sai Lake near Mt fuji the other day. it was by the middle of Aokigahara Jukai Forest, and the stay was awesome! Our tent was a Mongolian style tent, it was hard to sleep though.

I was at Fuji rock for 3 days for shooting bands. it was torrential rain most of the time and that was part of the fun there.
I saw many good bands playing- loved ArcticMonkeys, The Kills and The vaccines

金曜日早朝東京をでてNPOの皆さん５人で仙台と石巻を通り女川へ向かいました。
女川は津波により４ヶ月経った今でもかなりひどい状態でとても心がいたかったです。
とても親切で優しい地元の被災者のかたとお話ができたり活動ができたことがとても貴重な経験でした。これからも継続がもっともっと必要です！

I visited Onagawa through Ishinomaki with NPO Motherlink team on friday morning. The area is still badly affected by tsunami although its been more than 4 months. Local people are really nice and friendly. I had a great experience with talking and working with them. I really felt that we need to continue to support people in this area.

Shibuya on Sat night 19th March

Went back to shibuya around 6.30PM on Sat night, first time back into the area for outing without worrying about the blackout at night since lastweek.

it was very strange to see most of the shibuya crossings light were off and shibuya station was darker than usual. I heard of people saying surreal to see shibuya that dark.

But so many people were in Town, and we went for drink. good to see friends again safe.

Tokyo.. getting back to normal. 19th March 2011

its been a week since we had massive earthquake and tsunami in Tohoku and Kanto area.

I shot this on 12th March day after the massive earthquake and tsunami. couldnt sleep and shot this around 5am. pretty nice and really hoped everythings going to be fine.

Petrol, Toilet papers, bottled water and dried food sold out on Monday. people got panic and bought unwanted items in the shops, still there were lots of vegs, meat and beer.

went to see family on Sat 13th and they were fine, my niece was ok.

shops and restaurants started open up again in Tokyo. We didnt get blackout but used less lights and electricity.

I shot these photos in Urayasu, Chiba in Japan. The There were large cracks in Urayasu in Chiba, Japan, and roads had to be closed. The whole area is now covered by 2ft (60cm) of mud. I was so shocked to see these scenes in Tokyo area.

At Urayasu area

These photos are taken today, 13th March 2011, 2days after the big earthquake hit Kanto, Fukushima, Tohoku areas in Japan.
I shot these images at Urayasu in Chiba. Around this area is reclaimed land and mud became superheated and bubbled up through the ground.
So whole area now covered by 2 feet mud. This is what local man said.
I was really shocked sad to see the scene in chiba.

３週間のイギリスの旅から戻ってきてすぐ、東京で行われている１００％デザイン東京いってきました。毎年この時期に行われるインターナショナルのアートフェアです。プロトタイプのアート品が多く本と楽しかった。。

うえから３番めは４年前にお仕事を一緒にして以来のお友達ブレントです。今年もいました。

当日友達にすごくここいいよ，といわれロンドンの東にあるショーディッチへ。。

モニカアートフェアといういろいろなアーティスト，デザイナーが

展示してました。もちろん売りに出されてますがかなりお高いです。すごく良いインスパイヤーされるアートフェアでした。有名どころではバンスキーのとかありました。

Went to Moniker art fair in yesterday. It was in Shoreditch where I used to work and party while living in London. Street scene of this area hasn't changed since.. There were stunning street art works. i love it, and miss it xx

昨日の夜twitterを見て，気になったことです。。２１日からドイツで始まるphotokinaにあわせて，fujifilmが finepix x100発表しました。

レトロでフィルム版３５mmカメラを思わせるデザインがすごくかわいい。。そして操作も一眼のようにfストップシャッタースピードあわせたりと素敵すぎる！！

大きさも今までずっと使っているニコンFM２と同じくらいで。楽しみな一品です。。

I was looking at twitter last night and found an article of new fuji film finepix x100.

its compact and portable, really remind of me old fav camera Nikon FM2. i guess this camera will be out in 2011 and im defo going to buy this!

i had a chance to see fire works hanabi very close the other day. amazing. i was looking up and shot very slow speed to experiment lights.
